Part 2

The workshop comprises face-to-face training, delivered in groups, over two full days. Conducted by Board approved Deakin staff experienced in the training of supervisors, the workshop focuses on the development of best-practice skills in supervision. Morning and afternoon tea, and a light lunch will be provided to those attending face to face workshops.

Note: This component can only be attended once the Part 1: Knowledge Assessment is successfully completed. The Workshop must be completed within 3 months of passing the previous section.

Part 3

In this third component, participants submit a video of their supervision practice, together with a self-reflective analysis of the session. Examiners will provide participants with a competency-based assessment report.

The video and reflective analysis must be submitted within 12 weeks of completion of the Skills Training Workshop. Further details regarding this component will be provided during the Skills Training Workshop.
