Transfer, withdrawal and refund policy

  • Any request to transfer to an alternate workshop or to cancel a booking in a workshop with a refund must be sent by email to
    supervisor-training@deakin.edu.au at least 28 days in advance of the booked workshop.
  • Fees are not refundable for cancellations or non-attendance less than 28 days in advance of a booked workshop, or after a workshop has commenced.
  • Fees are not refundable for any components of the supervisor training program after a participant has commenced that component. A refund for subsequent components will be possible providing, in the case of the workshop, withdrawal is at least 28 days in advance of a booked workshop.
  • Deakin does not accept any responsibility for any changes in the personal circumstances or work commitments of participants. However, medical, bereavement or other special circumstances may be reviewed in consideration of any request for a refund.
  • Should a participant be unable to attend a booked workshop, a substitute attendee who is eligible to complete the workshop is welcome at no extra charge.
